Job Details
Intermediate Position: As an intermediate candidate, you will lead projects and contribute defined elements of work to projects led by others. You will develop knowledge and skills across a range of project areas while developing expertise in one of our core market areas. You will provide support for firm principals and senior staff and become a source of guidance for other staff. You will represent the firm in a professional manner through all your interactions and communications. You will apply initiative, creativity, and business awareness in your work. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of office systems, contribute to the culture of the firm, and be a positive and collaborative team member. Qualifications shall include:
Senior Position: As a senior member of our team, you will both lead junior staff members and support project delivery. The ideal candidate brings project management experience, has practiced client/public engagement skills, and has a project portfolio reflective of our core project areas of focus. As a member of our team, you can anticipate contributing to a range of project types with a focus on both master planning and detail design for cemeteries, trail facilities, and parklands.
