We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Junior Landscape Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to meaningful projects while working closely with experienced designers and landscape architects in a collaborative, creative environment.

As a Junior Landscape Designer, you will assist in the design, development, and implementation of projects across various scales and sectors. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from site analysis and conceptual development to technical drawings and client presentations. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior staff and contribute to the creation of meaningful and sustainable outdoor spaces that positively impact communities and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualization, design, and planning of projects.
• Develop landscape plans, details, and design documentation.
• Conduct site analysis and research, including environmental, cultural, and contextual assessments.
• Prepare presentation materials, including graphic renderings and other visual aids.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Assist with the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Participate in site visits and field surveys to assess conditions and ensure project implementation aligns with design intent.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in landscape architecture (internships or academic project experience will be considered).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a keen interest in sustainability, ecological design, and urban planning.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the field.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Revit, Rhino, or other 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials.
• Interest or experience in ecological restoration or public art.
• Horticultural knowledge and expertise
