We have a specific need for an Junior landscape Designer/Architect with strong technical skills and construction knowledge and a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience.

Job Details:

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of design drawings from concept through to contract documents, tender and contract administration services
  • Collaborate with the Design team to assist in developing concept plans, design details, and project cost estimates
  • Preparing and modifying plans, cost estimates and submissions to support projects through approvals

Skills, Knowledge and Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture or diploma from a recognized college or university
  • Minimum 1 year, and up to 3 years, of experience in landscape architectural practice, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Strong AutoCAD drafting skills, understanding the complexity of multidisciplinary drawings and working with external references is essential
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Enscape is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-grounded understanding of construction detailing and contract documents
  • Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
