Junior Landscape Technologist / Project Manager

Job Details: Junior Landscape Technologist / Project Manager - We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Design ability, attention to detail, excellent graphic & oral communication and organizational skills are important.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of base plans in CAD using surveys, architectural and engineering drawings
• Drafting design concept drawings, preparation of SPA Drawings and Contract Documents
• Modelling landscape components in 3D
• Correcting and updating documents
• Preparation and development of layout, grading and planting plans including construction details using AutoCAD LT under the supervision of more senior landscape architecture staff
• Preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Exceptional computer drafting skills in CAD

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum two years’ experience working in a Landscape Architectural office
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, (such as Revit, Sketchup and Rhino), InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
