MHBC is an industry leading land use planning, landscape architecture, cultural heritage, and urban design expertise firm established in 1973 that has grown to 130 employees in 5 offices throughout Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university required with a minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, and Adobe programsSuite, and MS Office;
- Experience Familiarity with with mMunicipal applications and approval processess;
- Experience writing specifications;
- Knowledge of technical design including construction details, grading, and planting;
- Experience with construction contract documentsadministration, including on-site inspections, responding to RFIs (Request for Information), preparing PCN (Proposed change notices,)change orders, and issuing Progressrocess Payments;
- Must have a valid driver’s licence;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills;
- Arborist certification is an asset;
- Graphic and illustrative skills is an asset;
- Experience with Rhino3D, SketchUP and Enscape is an asset.
