Landscape Architect / Project Manager

Job Details:

We are excited to announce that our firm is currently accepting applications for a Landscape Architect to join our growing team.  

The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with exceptional communication (written, verbal and graphic) and organizational skills, and AutoCAD experience. They shall share a passion for providing a high level of service to our clients and getting projects built.

We are offering growing professionals the opportunity to work with us on a broad range of landscape design and construction projects, including master planning, municipal park design, greenbelt design and restoration plans.  We also work with a variety of clients and multi-disciplinary teams, to provide design solutions for subdivisions, condominiums, small-scale multi-family infill site plans as well as industrial and commercial sites. 

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Landscape Architectural program - or equivalent.

- Eligible to hold Full OALA membership with Seal or equivalent from abroad.

- ISA Accreditation would be an asset.

- 4-10 years experience working in a Landscape Architectural office.

- Demonstrated landscape construction experience including contract administration.

- Proficient in preparing construction drawings using AutoCad.

- Proficient with MS Office and Apple productivity software.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Affinity software.

- Proficiency with Sketchup is an asset.

- Adaptable and capable of integrating new software solutions into your daily workflow.

- Ability to adhere to strict quality control and drafting standards.

- Demonstrated practical knowledge of construction techniques, plant materials and experience interpreting and applying municipal/approval agency regulations to design solutions.

- Excellent English verbal, written & graphic communication skills.

- Excellent Organizational skills.

- Proven ability to inspire, guide and motivate junior staff members.
