  • Work collaboratively across internal departments to review and validate the intended approach to the project tasks;
  • Manage and track change orders, applications for payment by contractors and other contractual modifications impacting budget and schedule;
  • Accurately, efficiently, and profitably manage projects to exceed the clients’ expectations;
  • Plan, organize, and direct the work throughout the life of the project to successfully deliver the project to the client.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, or Diploma in Landscape Design;
  • 5-10 years of experience within the Landscape Architecture, Design-Build, and/or Custom Construction or Manufacturing field.
  • Proven experience in a wide range of landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design to contract administration;
  • Strong organizational and time management experience with keen attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, & Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience reviewing Rhino models;
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand elevations/grading;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, email etiquette, grammar and networking;
  • Thrive in a collaborative work environment with a multidisciplinary team, but also work effectively with little supervision;
  • A growth mindset, and an eagerness to learn from your mistakes.
