LANDinc offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and a supportive and collaborative team environment in an open design studio setting. Our office is conveniently located near downtown Toronto, and hybrid work is also a possibility.

We are currently looking to expand our team and hire a Senior Landscape Architect in a full time role. The role will include but not be limited to leading the construction administration for a large local – public project and be a part of the final construction documentation prior to tendering.

Utilizing your previous professional experience, you will also participate in the design efforts on various local and international projects by creating, developing and implementing ideas into the design process. Duties will include design, research, and preparation of construction drawings, contract documents and contract administration as described above.

You will provide direct support to the principal in monitoring quality, work plan schedules, budgets, consultants, contractor and client liaison, and assist in project management while overseeing junior and intermediate staff.

Applicants must have a Bachelor or Master degree in Landscape Architecture, and a minimum of 10 years of professional design office and construction administration experience. In addition to professional office experience, your qualifications include a clear understanding of design, graphics, construction documentation and technical processes. You have well-developed communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Microsoft Office and Excel. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup and Revit is an asset. Some travel may be
required.
