Intermediate Landscape Designer / Project Manager

Job Details: Intermediate Landscape Designer / Project Manager - We are seeking a highly skilled, independently motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Excellent design talent, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of base plans in CAD using surveys, architectural and engineering drawings
• Drafting design concept drawings, SPA Drawings and Contract Documents
• Correcting and updated documents based on redlines
• Modeling landscape designs in 3D (Rhino or Revit)
• Project management and participation in project meetings (mostly virtual)
• Preparation and development of layout, grading and planting plans including construction details using AutoCAD LT
• Preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum five years professional office experience.
• Experience working on large, complex projects.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Rhino, Revit (or other 3D software) Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign (or Illustrator), Photoshop.
