Landscape Designer / Junior

Urbantypology Inc. (“Ut”) is a design studio practicing Master Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. We are committed to creating thoughtful places which support people and communities.  Ut is seeking a full-time landscape designer who is a highly motivated, independent, and a creative team player looking to grow with us in Ottawa, Canada’s National Capital.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Diploma in Landscape Design or degree in an allied discipline.

• 1 to 4 years of professional office experience

Qualifications:

• AutoCAD skills (essential)
• Demonstrated proficiency SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, while experience with BIM/REVIT is considered an additional asset
• A high aptitude for problem solving and learning
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset, keen to learn + have fun designing
