Graham Arboretum, Springbank Park: Memorial Circle
1982 Storybook Ln, London, ON
Sunday, January 18, 2026, 2:00-4:00pm.
The dinosaurs walked in a world of plants. Some of these plants survived the mass extinction, and their ancestors live today. Our walk takes us past eight of the descendants of these resilient species. Some trees are similar to those in the fossil record but only in small ways, whereas others are very much like those of the distant past.
With the eyes of our imagination, the trees in our own Arboretum can lead us back 70 million years in time.
There is no charge for this walk, but donations will be accepted at the discretion of participants to support the work of the Julia Hunter Foundation.
The walk is for a maximum of 20 people.
