2026 OALA Conference - Exhibitor Package at a glance

Exhibitor Table - $2,700 (8ft tables - 8ft x 5.5ft spaces) - 21 tables available

  • Conference Access
    • Additional exhibitor badges may also be purchased.
    • Includes 1 Friday day-pass Conference Registration (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks included). Welcome Reception, Awards Reception, and Tour tickets may be purchased separately.
  • What’s Included
    • One 8 ft table and one chair (available upon request).
    • Power available—extension cord +$20 (add-on product).
    • Access to Pheedloop for lead generation, gamification, promotions, and enhanced visibility.
  • Set-Up & Tear-Down
    • Set-up: Thursday, October 1 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
    • Tear-down: Friday, October 2 from 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Exhibitors must keep their tables staffed during all official show hours; early tear-down is not permitted.
