Design/Build Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:   -Supervise daily landscape construction operations on job sites

-Lead, train and motivate field crews to meet production and quality standards

-Read and interpret landscape plans, details and specifications

-Coordinate scheduling of labour, materials, equipment and subcontracts

-Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

-Daily communication with project manager, clients and vendors

-Maintain crew safety records and site safety standards  

Job Qualifications: -University or College Degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design

-3+ years in landscape construction with supervisory experience preferred

-Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

-Valid G driver’s license

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
