Our portfolio includes large‑scale development, institutional and condominium projects, new urbanism, recreation facilities, parks and open spaces, ecological restoration, and residential work. We serve both public‑ and private‑sector clients across Southern Ontario.
We are seeking a Landscape Architect (Intermediate to Senior level) to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while developing leadership skills within a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Design‑driven individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing and client coordination
- Solid project management and organizational abilities
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a Landscape Architecture office or related environment
- Degree in Landscape Architecture with OALA Full Membership
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and SketchUp
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Understanding of industry standards, construction practices, and design processes
- Ability to assist in preparing drawing packages and supporting project delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of parks, urban design, residential, institutional projects from concept
- Contribute to design development for a range of projects
- Assist in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Support preparation of drawings, reports, and presentations
- Participate in proposal development and marketing materials
- Assist with project coordination and documentation
- Collaborate with and support junior team members
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented studio culture
