Senior Landscape Architect
One Leisure seeks a Senior Landscape Architect with creativity, strength, and skilled management. This role involves leading the development of design concepts and guiding all stages of the design process, from Master Planning and Concept Design to Construction Documentation and Site Implementation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee project design and management from initial concept to contract administration.
- Coordinate closely with the Design Director.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management, design, construction documentation, client engagement, and group presentations.
- Assemble teams and resources, define deliverables and timelines, develop and revise plans, and support clients in moving projects forward.
- Create graphic presentations for clients.
- Manage general office operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent required.
- At least 10 years of experience in landscape architecture or design firms.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Strong project management skills, including effective coordination with clients and consultants.
- Proven capability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
